The Corporate Secretary acts as a bridge between PT EDU and all stakeholders, working to maintain a positive image of PT EDU among the public and all related parties.
The Corporate Secretary is also responsible for ensuring that the business complies with information disclosure and regulatory requirements, efficiently communicates with all parties, administers all company documents, and executes corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Key Roles and Functions of the Corporate Secretary
1. Information Disclosure Compliance:
Disclosing information to shareholders.
Reporting company activitis to stakeholders and regulators.
Executing company events like General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS) and Board of Directors meetings.
Implementing Good Corporate Governance (GCG) compliance.
2. Communication Function:
Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders, media, and investors.
Implementing internal communication systems to keep empoyees informed and aligned with management's messages.
3. Administrative and Board Support:
Assisting in organizing all Company organ meetings.
Safeguarding company documents.
Supporting the execution of the Board of Director's duties.
4. Corporate Social Responsibility Function:
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Community Development.
Non-CSR and Community Development.
