2011

Establishment of PT Energi Duta Utama
Realization of Business in Workforce Training and Skills Services for the Electricity Sector, along with Consulting Services in Management, HR, Business, Marketing, Electrical, and Electronic fields.

2012

Business development in the field of Recruitment and Manpower Management Services, trusted to manage the best human resources for PT PLN Indonesia Power Group in the Administration Division.

2013

Committed to supporting the education, training, and competency of workforce in power generation, PT EDU is trusted to develop Operator and Technician Competency Modules for PT Cogindo DayaBersama, in accordance with the Guidelines for Electric Power Technical Personnel Competency Standards (SKTTK) from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

2014

PT EDU began business development outside the PLN Group by being entrusted by PT ADARO Group and PT Woori (South Korean IPP Consortium) to support their business processes within the electricity sector

2015

The company once again achieved success in developing its market share outside the PLN Group by being entrusted with the modification of PT ADARO Group's (PT MSW) asset management. This modification is expected to enhance the performance and reliability of the Tanjung Tabalong Coal-Fired Power Plant (PLTU) in South Kalimantan

2016

Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with IKPLN Center in the Field of Empowering the Expertise Potential of IKPLN Members.

2017

Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with PT Gistek Prima Energi in the Field of Operation and Maintenance Services for Steam Power Plants.
Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with YPK PT PLN Indonesia Power in the Field of Human Resources Competency Development Through Education & Training and Certification.
Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with PT Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia regarding Workshop Organization.

2018

Business development in the field of Consulting Services for Occupational Safety, Health (K3) and Environment (PROPER).
Demonstrated positive performance improvement by gaining trust for increased cooperation contracts.
Trusted as a strategic partner for ALLIN and ALPBI for Coal-Fire Power Plant (PLTU) Benchmarking in the Environmental Sector (PROPER).
Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with PT Hollysys Indonesia in the Field of OTS Solution (Operation, Control, Safety (SIL), and Asset Management).
Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with ELEMKA in the Field of Electricity Services.
PT EDU, along with the team of experts in the PROPER field, became a mentor for the PROPER Team of PT PLN Indonesia Power (14 Generating Units), ultimately leading to PT PLN Indonesia Power successfully achieving the highest PROPER award, specifically the Bali Pesanggaran Generating Unit with a PROPER – EMAS rating.

2019

PBusiness development in the field of Educational Support Services by providing learning equipment for IP Academy, Senayan.
Improved good corporate governance by formulating several new policies.
Received an award as Best Vendor for PT PLN Indonesia Power Cilegon OMU.
Gained trust from ANTAM Group (PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina) to provide excellent services in Coal-Fire Power Plant (PLTU) Installation and Commissioning.
Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with PT Properindo Enviro Tech and ITS Kemitraan in the Field of HR Competency Development and Environmental Consulting Services.
Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with PPSDM KEBTKE regarding Human Resource Development in Electricity, New and Renewable Energy, and Energy Conservation.
Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with PT Dakara - ILCAN regarding the Development of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Document Calculation and Verification for the Power Generation Industry in Indonesia.
Signing of an MOU for Cooperation with STT-PLN regarding Human Resource Development in Electricity, New and Renewable Energy, and Energy Conservation.

2020

Business development in the field of Operation and Maintenance Support Services is carried out through O&M Supporting Services for PLTU Kalbar-1, PT Cogindo DayaBersama.

2021

Made changes to the organizational structure, marketing strategies, and business process patterns, aligning them with the company's business growth.
Key project realizations include: O&M Supporting at PLTGU Cilegon, PLTU Barru, PLTU Kalbar-1, PLTA Saguling, PLTA Mrica, PLTU Sintang, PLTU Labuan, PLTU Suralaya 8, PLTU Adipala, PLTU Lontar, PLTU Palabuhan Ratu, and PLTU Berau.
Achieved ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certification from TUV NORD Indonesia Certification Body, covering HR Competency Development Services, Work Management, and Labor Supply supporting the Electricity Sector.
The company is ready to face the Digitalization Era with the implementation of Digital Systems in HR and Finance to support reliable company operations.
Signed an MOU for Cooperation with PT Cogindo DayaBersama regarding O&M Supporting Services across all PT Cogindo Dayabersama Business Units.
Signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Integrated Research and Testing Laboratory (LPPT) UGM for Laboratory Examination of Fly Ash and Bottom Ash Samples.

2022

Gained the trust of stakeholders to expand the business network to Eastern Indonesia, encompassing PLTD Tenau, PLTMG Sorong, PLTMG Merauke, PLTMG Manokwari, PLTMG BauBau, and PLTMG Ambon Peaker Maluku.
Offers a "One Stop Solution" for managing power plant Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support services tailored to customer needs through an "end-to-end" support process concept (Sustainable Primary Energy, Excellent Human Resources, Expert and Technical Services) for the electricity sector, particularly power generation. The company consistently strives to provide added value to customers by committing to achieving zero-accident performance through the consistent application of a culture of safety, integrity, and quality.

2023

This year, EDU successfully entered and gained trust in the IPP market by becoming part of O&M Supporting at PLTU SUMSEL 8.
Gained the trust of the Main Customer (PIP Group) to begin managing TAD and O&M Supporting for Sub Systems in Units resulting from the implementation of PLN (Persero)'s HSH (Holding – Sub Holding).
